Audio-Technica's ATH-A900 Purchased in 2007 I consider it the best price-quality ratio mid range headphone. Easy to drive. The real headphone doesn't look as cheap as in the pictures. Strongly recommend the Japanese company "AudioCube". Will definitely buy again. Closed, to can be used in the labs.
